Kai Loon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from University of Malaya, Malaysia, in 2019. He chambered with MKP and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 28 August 2020. He has been a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department of the firm since commencing legal practice.
In the course of her practice, Kai Loon has taken conduct of wide range of contractual, corporate and commercial litigation work, including shareholders’ disputes, minority shareholder oppression, suits relating to breach of directors’ duties, claims for liquidated and ascertained damages, debt recovery matters, construction and building contract disputes, enforcement proceedings, and contempt of court proceedings, throughout various levels of the Malaysian Court hierarchy.
