Kamraj read English Literature and Law at Trinity College, Cambridge, before being admitted to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincolns Inn, and has been in practice since 1996. Prior to joining MKP as a Partner on 1st January 2016, Kamraj was a Partner of two other large Kuala Lumpur-based corporate/commercial law firms for several years.

Kamraj’s areas of practice covers arbitration & alternative dispute resolution, construction & engineering contracts and corporate & commercial disputes. Kamraj possesses a wealth of experience both in terms of drafting and negotiating construction contracts and dispute resolution, in relation to which he has been involved in numerous litigation and arbitration matters in various courts and arbitral forum. Kamraj has been engaged in numerous corporate commercial arbitrations and disputes involving many multinational and public listed companies for construction work. Kamraj is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a qualified Adjudicator, and is on the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) Panel for both Arbitration and Adjudication.
