Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) (2006) and a Master of Laws (2008) from Northumbria University, UK. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2009 and started practice as an Associate in MKP’s Corporate and M&A Department. In 2010, she joined another law firm to broaden her contentious practice, where she was admitted as a Partner in 2017 and remained until late 2024, before undertaking a brief engagement at a different firm.

Jocelyn’s dispute resolution practice includes construction and engineering related matters, as well as real estate disputes. She has acted for a wide array of clients, including project owners, main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers, in court, arbitration and adjudication proceedings. She also advises on a wide range of projects, including rail, airports, power plants, hospitals and other public infrastructure projects, data centres and commercial and residential building projects.
