Khai Ling was admitted as a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and called to the English Bar in 2007. Upon returning to Malaysia, she commenced her pupillage with Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010.

Prior to re-joining Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh in 2018, Khai Ling was a Partner of an established property and banking firm in Kuala Lumpur handling a broad portfolio of real estate and banking and finance matters, including property sale and purchase agreements in relation to residential, commercial and industrial properties and loan and other security documentation for consumer and commercial loan documentation (including Islamic banking). She also advised on wills and administration of estate matters.
