Lim Lee
PARTNER
Lim Lee graduated from the University of Leicester and holds a
Master of Laws from King’s College London. She was called to the
Bar of England and Wales in 1993 and was admitted and enrolled
as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995.
Prior to joining MKP, Lim Lee was a partner at another large
Kuala-Lumpur-based corporate and commercial firm.
Lim Lee is experienced in advising on various aspects of corporate law such as takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, initial public offerings, and IT contracts. She also advises on corporate financing arrangements, including issuance of private debt securities, commercial banking, project financing, loan syndication and loan restructuring.
