SURIALINDA AHMAD
PARTNER
Surialinda joined MKP in 2012 as a Partner, bringing with her over 10 years of legal expertise gained through her tenure with various established property and banking firms in Kuala Lumpur. Her practice focuses on banking and finance and real estate transactions.
Her portfolio includes general conveyancing and advisory work in real estate and banking matters, acquisition and divestment of properties, corporate and consumer loans, advising on licensing and regulatory approvals and stamp duty issues in relation to property matters, and advising on property development projects and leases and tenancies.
With extensive experience in managing complex real estate cases and property cross transfers, Surialinda’s client base includes banks, property developers, liquidators, statutory corporations and local and foreign private real estate funds.
Surialinda enjoys playing badminton as well as cycling and sightseeing. She has tried white-water rafting and finds that she enjoys the adrenaline rush.
