The firm is pleased to announce the elevation of Ms. Ling Wenny as a Senior Associate of the firm with effect from 1 January 2018.
Wenny obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Reading (UK) in year 2009 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills (BVC) from City University London. She chambered with the firm of Azman Davidson & Co and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 9 March 2012. She practiced with Azman Davidson & Co subsequent to her call to the Malaysian Bar, handling corporate and commercial law matters. She has been handling M&A, capital markets and real estate matters since joining the firm.
Wenny is also quite an accomplished pianist, holding a Diploma of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (DipABRSM), Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music in Piano Performing (LRSM) and Associate in Piano Solo Recital, Trinity College London (ATCL – Diploma). |

The firm is pleased to welcome Ms. Tiffany Teh Shin Yenn as a Senior Associate of the firm with effect from 18 December 2017.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Cardiff University (UK), which she obtained in 2010. She chambered with the firm of Ringo Low & Associates after being called to the Malaysian Bar on 30 November 2012 and then worked as an associate for a brief period with the firm of Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill in their Corporate (Taxation & Private Clients) Department. Subsequently, she was attached with the firm of Tay & Helen Wong, handling corporate and commercial work matters, for a one year period, before joining Jeff Leong Poon & Wong in 2014, initially as an Associate before being promoted to the position of Senior Associate in 2017. At Jeff Leong Poon & Wong, Tiffany handled capital markets matters, including initial public offerings and other forms of securities issues, and M&A exercises. She will continue to handle similar work matters in her new role at MKP.
The elevation/introduction of these new Senior Associates to our Corporate and M&A Department augurs well for our M&A and capital markets practices.
