CHEN EE WERN

Ee Wern graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) degree and completed the BPTC at City Law School in 2017. She joined Tay & Partners as a pupil and upon completion of her pupillage and being called to the Malaysian Bar in July 2018, she was retained as an Associate in the Aviation practice group of Tay & Partners.

Ee Wern has been a member of the Aviation & Shipping practice group of the firm since 1 January 2021. Her work portfolio over the years has comprised of aviation, shipping, banking and finance and corporate and commercial advisory matters. She regularly advises commercial airlines, shipping companies, financial institutions, leasing companies and credit support providers in lease and finance transactions, banking and finance matters, new and used aircraft and ship acquisition transactions and regulatory matters relating to the aviation and shipping industry.
